Domaine de La Croix is the largest “Cru Classé” vineyard in Provence. It produces high-quality Côtes de Provence Cru Classé wines raised in the soils of the Saint-Tropez peninsula. The property covers 445 acres, including 150 acres of vines, facing the Mediterranean Sea from Gassin to Ramatuelle. Established in 1882, the domain was purchased by The Bolloré group in 2001 and has since been restructured to recover the excellence of its terroir. Using traditional methods for sustainable wine growing, attracting great names like renowned winemaker Michel Rolland, Domaine de La Croix is nowadays recognized for its uniqueness and for the exceptional quality of its wines.

Jean-Luc Colombo.jpg

Jean-Luc Colombo, founder of the “Centre Oenologique des Côtes du Rhône”, started to acquire his vineyards in Cornas in 1987. He also works as a consultant to a fair proportion of other producers and is perhaps best described as the Rhône answer to Michel Rolland, the flying winemaker  from Bordeaux. Jean-Luc is very much a hands-on producer who believes in modern winemaking, including complete destemming, malolactic fermentation in cask and use of new oak. He also favours organic viticulture and less filtration before bottling. Called “Revolutionary oenologist” by Robert Parker and “The King of Cornas” by The Tasting Panel, his wines have won countless international accolades and awards.

Created in 1932 with 112 associated producers, this cooperative winery with an indisputable local and international reputation has almost 200 members and a bottling capacity of 4 million bottles.

The vines, mainly located on the hillsides around the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, produce high quality and affordable AOP Côtes de Provence red, rosé, and white wines.

Their delicate, luminous wines have intense floral bouquets, express freshness and brilliance all throughout the tasting, making for remarkably well-balanced and expressive Rosés.

Favoured by a southern exposure and hillsides, the motto of the Château Sainte Béatrice- "Quality and Tradition" takes its full meaning.  With its vines averaging 30 years old, the vineyard hosts a variety of noble grapes including Grenache, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cinsault for reds and rosés; then, Sémillon and Rolle for the whites. Culture faithfully follows the precepts of the past and traditions. The tillage follows the rhythm of the seasons, treatments use the most natural products, pricking and pruning are done manually, as well as part of the harvest. Rosés are made from red Grenache and Cinsault grapes, which are slowly fermented at low temperature (10/12°C) to allows the juice to fully absorb the aromas contained in the grape pulp, without taking too much colour.

The AOC Ventoux vineyard is located in the Vaucluse department, with a part in the Comtat Venaissin. Mont Ventoux dominates Provence with its protective mass. Its slopes stretch lazily towards the Carpentras plain, with its southern slope home to the vines of the AOC Ventoux. AOC Ventoux enjoys a sun-kissed Mediterranean climate. The blue of the sky is more intense, the fragrances more sublime, colours magnified. The sun shines with all its brilliance between 2700 and 2900 hours per year in Provence.  The mistral wind that blows its way along the Rhône Valley; the privileged climate of Provence and the protective mass of Mont Ventoux make the earth of AOC Ventoux a rich combination propitious to producing wines of real character.

Château_Les_Amoureuses.jpg

Château Les Amoureuses (literally – “The Lover’s castle”) is settled in Bourg-Saint-Andéol on the right bank of the Rhône. Its name stems from a legend in which the young villagers came to gather by a romantic stream running nearby the vines of the castle. Jean Pierre Bedel and his wife became owner in 2011 conducted a total overhaul on the 76 hectares wine-estate. They reviewed and transformed the varietal selection, vineyard procedures, vinification, ageing and blending, which led to a totally
new winemaking process oriented towards quality. Since then they won several wine awards and accolades across the globe and currently benefit from a real and deserved hype in France.

Domaine Arnaud Aucoeur.jpg

Arnaud Aucoeur has been voted 2020 Winemaker of the Year in Beaujolais by the famous “Guide Hachette” in France. He epitomizes the Beaujolais revival over the past few years in the world of wine. Since 1825, the Domaine Aucoeur has been established in Villié Morgon with vines growing on 12 hectares of on the most prestigious crus: Morgon, Fleurie, Moulin à Vent, etc. To perpetuate its legacy, Arnaud makes some of his wines in wooden containers. The whole production is done manually, barrels, tons and semi-casks are housed on the farm, and the wines are all raised, vinified and packaged according to particular emotional and technical conditions of the domain.

Everything begins in 1980 when François Devictor, engineer in farming awarded a diploma by the ESAP (College of Farming from Purpan) decides to settle down in Provence to produce great wines. He falls in love at first sight with the Domaine de la Sanglière in Bormes les Mimosas and guesses at once the potential this idyllic site represents, located by the sea. With a total surface of 42 hectares, the estate is completely remodeled to meet optimal quality requirements. A cellar is built. The production of Whites, Rosés and Red wines in Côtes de Provence appellation can then begin... In the lineage of their father’s work, it is the wine growers' second generation, Rémy and Olivier Devictor that manages the estate nowadays.

Maison Tardieu-Laurent was founded in 1994 by Michel Tardieu and Dominique Laurent in Provence. Tardieu has significantly influenced the development and evolution of Rhone wines; with no vineyard property of his own, he chooses the vineyards he likes and agrees to the conditions of viticulture and processing with each of the producers. Thus, its catalog not only includes wines from almost all denominations of Rhone wines made, but all with grapes from old vines, some of the oldest in the area. All of his wines are produced environmentally friendly and free of chemicals. Tardieu follows the philosophy of minimal intervention, without decanting filtration or cold stabilisation at the time of bottling. This helps to preserve maximum character from each terroir.
